Instructions

  1. Begin by spiralizing the zucchinis into thin noodles using your spiralizer.
  2. Heat the olive oil in a large non-stick pan over medium heat.
  3. Add the chopped garlic, stirring gently to release its aroma.
  4. Sprinkle in the red pepper flakes and stir to awaken their warmth.
  5. Toss in the zucchini noodles and optional vegetables, sautéing for about 5-7 minutes.
  6. Season with soy sauce, salt, and pepper to taste.
  7. If adding protein, stir it in now to coat each strand in the garlic sauce.
