Ingredients

- 2 Zucchini, sliced
- 2 Carrots, chopped
- 1 lb Chicken Breast or Beef, cut into chunks
- 2 tsp Paprika
- 1 cup Broth or Wine
- Fresh Herbs (Basil, Thyme, Oregano) to taste
Instructions
- Clean and chop the zucchini and carrots into even pieces.
- Optional sear the chicken or beef for richer flavor.
- Layer vegetable pieces in the bottom of the crockpot.
- Spice it up with herbs, paprika, and seasonings.
- Add broth or wine over the layers.
- Set to ‘low’ for 6-8 hours or ‘high’ for 3-4 hours.
- Serve hot, garnished with fresh herbs.
