- 1 sheet Puff Pastry
- 1 cup Cream Cheese
- 1 teaspoon Paprika
- 1 Zucchini, finely chopped
- 1 cup Spinach, chopped
- Salt, to taste
- Pepper, to taste
- 1 Egg (optional, for brushing)
Instructions
- Roll out the puff pastry on a floured surface.
- Cut into 4×4 inch squares.
- Prepare the filling by mixing cream cheese, zucchini, spinach, paprika, salt, and pepper together.
- Fill each pastry square with a spoonful of the filling.
- Fold the corners over the filling and press to seal.
- Arrange on a baking sheet and brush with egg wash if desired.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C (400°F) for 15–20 minutes.
- Cool slightly before serving.

Make ahead and refrigerate before baking. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
