Description

Delicious puff pastry filled with creamy cheese and vibrant vegetables, perfect for any gathering.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 sheet Puff Pastry
  • 1 cup Cream Cheese
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • 1 Zucchini, finely chopped
  • 1 cup Spinach, chopped
  • Salt, to taste
  • Pepper, to taste
  • 1 Egg (optional, for brushing)

Instructions

  1. Roll out the puff pastry on a floured surface.
  2. Cut into 4×4 inch squares.
  3. Prepare the filling by mixing cream cheese, zucchini, spinach, paprika, salt, and pepper together.
  4. Fill each pastry square with a spoonful of the filling.
  5. Fold the corners over the filling and press to seal.
  6. Arrange on a baking sheet and brush with egg wash if desired.
  7. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C (400°F) for 15–20 minutes.
  8. Cool slightly before serving.

Notes

Make ahead and refrigerate before baking. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
