- 300g zucchini
- 200ml cream
- 150g grated cheese (Gruyère or Cheddar)

- Butter for greasing
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 180°C (356°F).
- Slice the potatoes and zucchini into thin rounds using a mandoline for consistency.
- Butter a baking dish to prevent sticking.
- Layer the sliced potatoes and zucchini alternately in the dish, starting with potatoes.
- Whisk together the cream, salt, pepper, nutmeg, and minced garlic in a mixing bowl. Pour over the vegetables.
- Sprinkle the grated cheese generously on top.
- Bake for 45-60 minutes, until golden brown and vegetables are tender.
- Serve hot, savor every bite.
