- 2–3 medium zucchinis
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon sea salt
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 225°F (110°C).
- Slice the zucchinis thinly to about 1/8 inch thick using a mandoline or sharp knife.
- Pat the zucchini slices dry with a paper towel.
- Place the dried zucchini pieces into a mixing bowl and drizzle olive oil over them.
- Sprinkle sea salt, garlic powder, paprika, and black pepper over the zucchini.
- Lay the zucchini slices in a single layer on a prepared baking sheet.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 45-60 minutes, flipping halfway through.
- Transfer the crunchy chips to a cooling rack for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
For a spicier version, add chili powder or cayenne pepper to the seasoning.
