Description

Crispy, golden zucchini chips that are a delicious and guilt-free alternative to traditional snacks, perfect for any occasion.


Ingredients

  • 23 medium zucchinis
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 225°F (110°C).
  2. Slice the zucchinis thinly to about 1/8 inch thick using a mandoline or sharp knife.
  3. Pat the zucchini slices dry with a paper towel.
  4. Place the dried zucchini pieces into a mixing bowl and drizzle olive oil over them.
  5. Sprinkle sea salt, garlic powder, paprika, and black pepper over the zucchini.
  6. Lay the zucchini slices in a single layer on a prepared baking sheet.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 45-60 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  8. Transfer the crunchy chips to a cooling rack for a few minutes before serving.

Notes

For a spicier version, add chili powder or cayenne pepper to the seasoning.
