  • 8 small Corn or flour tortillas
  • Lime wedges for serving

Instructions

  2. Soak the Fish: Dip each fish fillet into the buttermilk, letting excess drip off before dredging into the seasoned flour mixture.
  3. Fry the Fish: Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet. Carefully add fish fillets and fry for about 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  4. Make the Slaw: In a large bowl, combine cabbage, cilantro, lime juice, mayonnaise, honey, salt, and pepper. Toss gently.
