Delicious, crispy bites filled with spicy buffalo chicken, crispy bacon, and gooey mozzarella, perfect for game day or gatherings.
Ingredients
Scale
- 8 oz Mozzarella Cheese (cut into cubes)
- 6 slices Cooked Bacon (crumbled)
- 1 lb Ground Chicken
- 1/2 cup Buffalo Sauce
- 1 tsp Garlic Powder
- 1 tsp Onion Powder
- 1 tsp Paprika

- 2 cups Vegetable Oil or Canola Oil
Instructions
- Prepare the filling by mixing ground chicken, bacon, buffalo sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper in a large bowl.
- Form the bombs by taking a golf ball-sized amount of the mixture and flattening it, placing a cube of mozzarella in the center, and rolling it into a ball.
- Coat the bombs in flour, then dip in beaten eggs, and roll in breadcrumbs.
- Fry the bombs in hot oil for about 4-5 minutes until golden brown, turning halfway through.
- Drain on paper towels and let them cool for a couple of minutes before serving.
Notes
Make-ahead by assembling bombs a day in advance; fry just before serving for optimal crunch. Can be air fried or oven baked for healthier options.
