Instructions

  1. Prepare the vegetables: wash, peel (if necessary), and cut them into even-sized pieces to ensure uniform cooking.
  2. Heat a generous drizzle of oil in your sauté pan over medium heat. Once shimmering, add minced garlic, stirring until it becomes fragrant but not browned.
  3. Toss in the diced vegetables, stirring them together to ensure an even coating of oil.
  4. Sauté until they become tender, engaging all your senses as the colors deepen and aromas fill the air.
  5. Sprinkle the cumin and paprika over the mix. Stir well to combine, allowing the spices to enhance the vegetables’ natural flavors.
