Ingredients

Instructions
- Wash the apricots: Rinse thoroughly under cold water, remove pits, and cut into small chunks.
- Mix the ingredients: Combine apricot pieces with sugar, lime juice, and lime zest in a pot and let sit for 10 minutes.
- Add the gel sugar: Stir well until blended and sugar dissolves.
- Bring to a boil: Cook on high heat for about 4 minutes, stirring regularly.
- Transfer to jars: Pour hot jam into sterilized jars and seal tightly.
- Cool and store: Allow jars to cool before storing them in a cool, dark place.
